About this blog

This blog is intended to be a simple means of storing and sharing information about my various outdoor exploits. Adventures come in all forms; they can be great or small, and are undertaken using various means of human-powered transportation.

Many of the journeys that will be documented here start, finish or are contained within the Australian Alps, a unique area in the south-eastern corner of Australia. I have named the blog after one of the most beautiful plants that grows within this region, Eucaluptus pauciflora (commonly known as the Snow Gum).
